Coordinated Software Systems (CoSys) was founded in 2002 with the vision of bringing advanced information technology into supported applications that make a significant positive difference in people’s lives. There is a particular focus on applications that enhance people’s ability to work effectively (both individually and as groups), at analyzing complex situations and controlling complex systems.
Our initial work with the Office of the Secretary of Defense/Joint
Requirements Oversight Committee sponsored Advanced Concept Technology
Demonstration (ACTD) successfully resulted in the production of a prototype mission system that was deployed by military forces in world wide operations. These operational risk management tools were a unique integration of autonomous negotiating team ware and context-aware information management technology that provided the bedrock for our current services.
In 2005 partnered with the US Marine Corps Systems Command and the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office/Lockheed Martin Simulation Training and Support, CoSys began development efforts on a flight scheduling decision support application that will be utilized by US and foreign customers of the Joint Strike Fighter.
CoSys is currently assembling an engineering and scientific team that will enable the continued development and transition of intelligent agent technologies into a broad range of decision support applications supporting both military and commercial interests.
